I know that in some of my earlier comments I was negative about the anime as an adaptation of the manga. And I stand by that. But I'm still glad you're watching and enjoying. The thing I wish someone had told me when I started this journey, and that I think you kind of understand at this point, is that reaching current on One Piece is not a sprint. Every part of the story is a place worth being. There is no "point where it gets good". The whole thing is good. Savor where you are for as long as you're there.

I am glad you are enjoying your journey and really glad you didn't decide to skip the live action stuff. While the live action does a great job and conveying the story there's just so many great moments and characters in the first 50 episodes that get missed.
