So yeah... this is why i told you to skip the intro of episode 6, for some reason MAX and Hulu put the Fionna and Cake Intro in that episode. i didn't think of the possibility but it makes sense that you know the existence of the Fionna and Cake show. The only thing i will say about it is that it is the last thing of the Franchise you're gonna watch, meaning that you first gotta finnish this show as well the other spin-off series called Distant Lands in order to watch Fionna and Cake. It was definetely a surprise for a lot of us seeing this episode for the first time... cuz you're right... this was the very first time the concept of a Genderbent version of the show was brought up. I personally didn't watch it when it aired (i first caught up with the show when Season 5 was airing back in 2013) but it still was a big shock xdddd. Cool Fun Fact about Fionna and Cake: their designs were created by Natasha Allegri, who was an artist working on Adventure Time but then went on to create her own show called Bee and Puppycat. PB's counterpart is called Prince Gumball, not Bubblegum..... but it's alright, i know there was a lot of information to absorb in this episode. And talking of Gumball... i think you didn't notice that his voice actor is non other than Neil Patrick Harris, a pretty big catch for this show i must say. I recently had a new-found appreciation for Lord Monochromicorn, not just for his badass design but also because the first times i watched Adventure Time i didn't know english.... but now that i do i completely understand the meaning of his name and how he is literally the total opposite of Lady Rainicorn xddd. You're right... The Ice Queen definetely comes up as more evil and ruthless than the Ice King, i have to wonder if it's some kind of subtle joke about gender xdd. Oh yes... you're not alone on your sentiment Mikey.... everyone in the fandom agrees that the Ice Queen is a total looker. Another cool voice cameo in this episode is Ice Queen herself, her voice actress is Grey DeLisle, AKA Azula from Avatar. And as a final comment i must say Mikey that in case you were concerned about the implications of Fionna and Gumball having a relationship, or about how Ice King himself fantasizes about kissing her..... i must remind you that it was confirmed that Ice King is not the kind of creep who goes after minors. Meaning that Fionna must definetely be 18 years old at the very least in this fanfiction, which i think is reinforced witht the fact that her design is very "Grown" compared to Finn, to say the least. Althought.... the fact that Ice King fantasizes about having a relationship with a Female version of Finn is also very creepy xd. im really glad that you enjoyed this episode, i was anticipating it a lot since you started Adventure Time.
