Karoo is out and Sanji is in! One MVP replaced by another. Now that Miss Merry Christmas has shown her power, I can reveal that her name in the 4Kids dub was... Miss Groundhog's Day. Honestly, I can't even be mad about that one. That's just funny. (But what, were they not allowed to name a villain after Christmas or something?) Anyway, I actually just started watching One Piece again myself. I found a few stray DVD box sets buried in my drawer that I somehow never watched before and now I can start catching up again. I will say, it's a little weird now watching One Piece with the current animation quality and lack of subtitles, like it feels naked or something. XD

2024-06-09 02:43:34 +0000 UTCThese fights are all so fun. This are really starts to show the sheer variety of powers that exist within the One Piece world. It is frustrating how netflix doesn't translate the written text, its definitely worth considering another provider for that reason alone. However for the sake of clarity all the writing in this part of the arc translates to locations and results. So things like "east gate, north gate, plaza, etc." or "Battle of the east gate. Winner is...." that type of thing. So you aren't missing much, but it also is a really cool touch to see when you understand it
