Plants aren’t soil/stone, some dont even grow in soil. It can be seen as an earth element in that it is the more physical/touchable of the elements. Yes you can touch the other elements but water slips through unless frozen and fire it isn’t wise to hold, and air is well air. Plants could be seen as a solid form of water and as a living form compared to ice.

2023-04-22 18:10:46 +0000 UTCYeah, plants are more connected to water because of the contents inside of them. There is no earth inside of plants. You can root some plants in water alone. They only get nutrients from the soil, they don’t store the soil inside of them.
