Yes, this is opening 4, and yes... the anime currently has 26 openings in total. Look man, call him whatever the heck you want. i call him Enel because that's the name the subtitled version i watched decided to use (and also because i think it has a better ring to it).... but technically speaking his official name is indeed "Eneru" since that is how the japanese actors pronounce it. The drums on Enel's back are a direct reference to Japanese folklore, specifically to Raijin, the God of Lightning of the Shinto Religion. the drums themselves are called den-den daiko drums and the God Raijin uses them to create the typical sound of thunder. Additionally the symbols on the daiko drums are called "Tomoe" and they have a variety of significances and meanings in Japanese culture depending on the region and the time. The Tomoe symbols are also very well known outside of Japan since the anime Naruto features them A LOT.
