Fun Fact: all of Enel's attacks are named after Thunder/Lightning Deities in real life cultures. "Shango" is the name of a thunder spirit in the Yoruba Religion that originated in Nigeria. "El Thor" well..... i think you can guess where this one comes from xdd. If you want to know an estimate of how "powerfull" Enel would be in the Blue Sea... Oda's got you! he confirmed in an Question's Corner that if Enel lived in the Blue Sea and he was a Pirate.... his Bounty would be 500 Million Berry. Of Course... it must be stated that Bounties are not an accurate power measurement in this world, a bounty simply signifies how dangerous the World Goverment considers an individual. But still.... it truly says how much of a menace Enel is (or rather his devil fruit) that his bounty would be that high.
