So.... in case you didn't catch it on your first watch.... No, Enel doesn't come from the Blue Sea, he's actually from another Sky Island. "That's right. I've got a place to return to. It is a place regarded as God's Home by the people on the Sky Island where i was born" That's what he said in this episode Also... yeah, a lot of first-watchers get surprised to how durable Wyper is, some even get pissed at the fact that he's still alive even after using the Reject Dial 2 times. The thing is... Wyper suffers from the same thing characters like Luffy and Zoro have, that thing is... Anime's "Power of Will", which means that any anime character who possess it won't die or stop moving (no matter how much damage or exhaustion they have suffered) as long as they have the willpower to keep going. Because in these types of stories, it's not logic that moves the story forward.... it's the rule of cool.

Man just took that and ran with it. Especially with the implication that he was just some ordinary guy who happened to eat an especially overpowered Devil Fruit. Really goes to show how those things can shift the balance of power.
