This episode is big in terms of Lore... We get to see BMO's birthplace, and his creator as well. Moseph Mastro Giovanni, Also known as Moe..... Founder of MO.Co and creator of BMO and all the MO's. His introduction to the show is very significant. Finn asks him if he's human too... but Moe says that his skin is human, this implies that all other parts of his body (except for his skin and maybe his brain) were replaced my mechanical parts... which would make him a Cyborg, but he was definitely once fully human... and having turn into a cyborg does explain why he's still alive after 1000 years (Similar to how Andrias managed to live more than 1000 years after becoming a Cyborg in Amphibia). This was a big step for Finn and his quest of finding more about his own species, but not exactly what he was looking for. This also means that Moe is a survivor of the Mushroom War, just like Marceline and Ice King/Simon are. Very good amount of Lore right there xddd.
