Yes, this arc is definitely a treat. I love it any time we get to see the Marines' side of things, especially since they always think the Straw Hats are far more dangerous and menacing than they actually are. That said, we also get a good glimpse of the Straw Hats being a lot sneakier than you'd ever expect. Aside from Luffy, who's pretty much exactly as sneaky as you'd expect.

Here’s a fun fact about it that might give you more insight in the near future: Despite being a Filler Arc… G8 is the last arc in which the anime has its original animation format. From episode 207 onwards the anime goes into Full HD format, and it’s pretty noticeable because even the art style changes a little bit. Also, now that I’m mentioning episode 207… I must give you a gentle reminder that the new opening starts in that same episode and that you must avoid watching it for now since it does have spoilers.
