That Giant Red Man that Finn and Jake were doing tickles to in the beginning of the episode..... he is a callback to season 1, he was one of the Tests that Finn had to overcome to gain in the Enchiridion, all the way back to episode 7 of the show. I love this one, i think this is the point where the show started to get really experimental with the plots and themes of some episodes. This on account that the Creator of the Show Pendleton Ward decided to step down as the showrunner during this season and let the Producer Adam Muto take the lead on the development of the show. And in case you're wondering... the reason why Pend Ward decided to step down as the showrunner is because he couldn't handle the pressure of expectations after the show became so popular and influential. But of course... even tho he was no longer the showrunner.... he always came back to supervise the process, as well as to continue voicing our beloved Lumpy Space Princess. Also.... Holy Shit.... Root Beer Guy said "Bingo-Bango" in this episode. Is this where Lars' "Bingo-Bongo" from Steven Universe came from? i never noticed it. Cherry Cream Soda was ready for the roleplay sex with that Maid Outfit xdddd. I swear this series has the highest amount of dirty jokes on any Kid's Cartoon. oh yeah... Cherry Cream Soda was voiced by Anne Heche, the only other thing i know her from is The Legend of Korra (STOP READING IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THAT SHOW) as she was the voice of one of Toph's daughters... Suyin Beifong.
