I don't recall exactly how good these shots looked in the manga, but it was certainly comparable, and seeing it animated of course takes it to another level.

It easily has one of my favourite soundtracks in the whole show and the design for the town, while taking a lot of inspiration from the real world is really well done. Its cool getting to see all the little intricacies like having the loch style elevator or the fact that the bulls pull the boats so even having hills and currents is easy to navigate, from a world building point at least. And yes this is definitely a longer arc. Personally, while the whole Water 7 saga is technically comprised of a few arcs, to me it always felt like one complete arc which I think adds to the effectiveness of the story telling.

The only thing of note i have to say about this episode is that the outfit Robin is wearing right now is my absolute favorite of hers in the entirety of One Piece (so far), the black leather jacket and skirt with the long matching boots and the white shirt with spots underneath is simply Peak Robin Fashion. I also love her original 2 outfits from the Alabasta Saga (the Cowgirl style ones) but nothing beats the leather jacket look, she looks stunning in it. The only other outfit of Robin that has come close to beating this one (in my opinion) doesn't even appear in the main story... but in one of the later movies.
