I see many good options here Dae, there's the Discord route, a different platform, or as I touched on previously you can make a post without the image and set it as download only - I've seen some creators do that without issue. Since the image isn't shown on the post itself, Patreon doesn't flag it

Probably best to keep the SFW art on here, and maybe create a channel specifically for patron supporters in the discord server to post any NSFW pieces you draw. Would be best to restrict chat and only allow reactions to the images you post as to not have the channel flooded
