2019-10-13 10:47:35 +0000 UTCSummer Gleeson (Batman the animated Series). She was kidnapped and hogtied in Season 1 Episode 28 "Night of the Ninja" but never gagged. A nice OTM/OTN gag would have complemented the scene beautifully.
