June's PoC theme winner is Moral Degradation. You'll see the winner of this poll dragged to an spiral of decadence. So it's time to propose your favorite characters. You can propose characters from comics / Cartoons, manga / anime and video games and fiction. I'll choose five of your suggestions from each category that will go directly to the semi finals.
