January's Portrait of Corruption Character suggestion

Remember, no under age characters will be elegible, you can suggest single characters or couples. those that sound more interesting will be at the poll.

The comics one I thought of was mentioned while I was at work, so for something off the wall I will just toss out the cartoon character of Penelope Pitstop from Wacky Races.
