I've been subbed from the start. The first set, the arid wasteland, was a modern/post apocalyptic/dessert planet type theme...

Nathan Rethemeyer

So I've spent some time researching this, since sci fi won, again, there doesn't seem to be a way to pause your support for a patreon for a month without canceling. Do you know of a way to do it? Or do I just need to cancel? With the way the tiers are currently, I won't be rejoining at a higher price if I have to cancel and lose my spot.

Wil

Same as you Mark! I'm mainly playing Call of Cthulhu and similar roleplaying games.

Dumno

I would agree with Wil's suggestion, there seems to be enough interest to split, I expect is more an issue can they manage to double their output.

Peter Fisher

We never want to reveal too much too early on a set as it develops as we create it, but it would have rollers for dragon scales, flames and this sort of thing =)

Custom Miniature Maker

I understand your chagrin, but in my opinion hexagons look better for rocky climbs than square/cube.

Ethan Downing

Please no hexagons!

estrus

Yeah, I like the idea of a 1920s concept. In my mind I'm thinking of a prohibition era speak-easy / Great Gatsby sort of thing rather than post-WW1 Europe, what were you thinking?

Mark Croker

Oh you can???

Wil

You can always find an use for it. That's the whole point. I have mixed and match bits for an game board.

Shadow fund

You can always pause your Patreon for a month.

Dumno

Finger's crossed for a future 1920s / 1890s set!

Dumno

But is a waste of money for those of us that will never use sci-fi ( or fantasy )

Wil

I quite like that it is a mix of everything, so it doesn't get repetitive... they keep it interesting :)

ThelittleShmoo-89

I'd recommend you give some suggestions, I couldn't think of a fantasy terrain genre they haven't covered yet, I'm voting for Cyberpunk because I feel like the others are more likely to to be similar to sets I have already.

Zane

Agreed. I'd much prefer SciFi terrain..

Serosaken

As in, don't have. Signed up for D&D when this went live, because that's what it was billed as. If enough of you want Sci-fi, it could be it's own patreon. Tons of patreons have done this, because again, generally speaking, these two genres don't cross.

Wil

I'm curious as to what scalebound inferno terrain actually is. I get the theme is dragons and horde's of treasure. But does it mean burning / burnt rubble houses or something?

Chris

Move away from? The last sci Fi was in June. We mainly see fantasy sets with a future tech set every 3 or 4 months. Besides, it's patron polls that decide the sets.

Nathan Rethemeyer

Can we please get away from cyberpunk? Maybe make two separate patreons? I have to believe most subs aren't using both of these. They're either into D&D, or Some kind of sci fi wargaming. Just a thought.

Wil
