Hey Miniature Makers!

Our first Base set this month is one we've been looking forward to revisiting, from one of our more popular Sci-Fi Print 'N ' Roll sets 'Distress Signal'. The details look just as good as we thought they would, and I hope they look even better under the feet of your armies!

Next is another one that we find ourselves looking for regularly, good old wooden planks! They work great for any of those indoor NPCs but also can play well for characters or monsters you might find on ships or in old or haunted buildings. Highly customizable to suit the mood and is a great option for those minis that don't have far to go!

New Scatter Packs:

Complementing our sci-fi bases, we present you with a versatile set of Cables as some awesome basing scatter for your futuristic battlefields. These cables can add an industrial or cyberpunk aesthetic to your miniature scenes and are perfect for 40k enthusiasts and wargamers. Lay them around your mechanized troops or tech-heavy units for some high-tech ambiance!

To go with the Wooden Planks, we made you a set of Potion Bottles! Some scatter is more subtle than others, and this one will catch the eye and can potentially say a bit about the character's background. Lay these at the feet of your Alchemist, innkeeper, or even a merchant as a reminder that your wares are close at hand.

Ready for Printing:

The bases will be laid flat for FDM printing and fully pre-supported for resin printing.

We have developed a special curved lip on the bottom of the bases that reduces the pressure when printing in resin on the bottom lip, meaning you get nice perfect edges. This lip also means that when you print in FDM it does not spread out at the edge and the bases stay the exact size they should be.

The lip also allows for the bases to be printed flat on the build plate with resin printers while allowing a tiny gap around the edges so they can be removed without a flex plate. We suggest this is done only by more experienced users of resin printers. This works best with smaller bases up to 65mm and if you do choose to do this, make sure to have 4 bottom layers set and have a layer height of 0.05mm.
