Rootbound Scarecrow

Hey Miniature Makers,

This week we're bringing you a piece that ties in great with the crops and fences we released a few weeks ago, a set of Scarecrows!

There are three variants: the plain scarecrow, a version with two ravens sitting on it and a pumpkin on the base, and a final one with the base littered with skulls and the scarecrow holding a scythe.

They are just in time if you want to print them for a Halloween adventure and have the Reaper variant chase your party about, but in general, they will work as terrain for any farm setting all year round.

INCLUDES:

As always, they come laid flat for FDM and Fully Pre-supported for Resin printing!

Thank you. I'm looking forward to all of the farmstead pieces. Is it possible you might release them altogether as a bundle?

This was an October release, so that's why you're not seeing it. We'll have it available in our shop in the coming weeks, and your 40% member discount will apply!

I joined patreon on Nov 1 how can I get this file? I don't see it on mmf or your website.

I enlarge it 400% and cut in pieces. 😊 printing it now for my kids 😊 I picked regular scarecrow without extra additions, and based on the cuts I have barely a couple of supports .

Glad you like the set! These were printed in resin as there are some small bits in there. It may be a challenge for FDM but I would try it standing on it's base with minimal supports (reducing the branch diameter) if I were to attempt it.

Wow, my son will love them, I will try to print them tomorrow! Did you print them in a FDM printer for these pics? If yes, could you share orientation/support settings? I almost always break my prints when they have supports on small areas... :(

Love it and just in time
