If you want to join the first IP address, your mc has to be on version 1.19 release or else it won't work. not 1.19.4, not 1.20, but 1.19 release.

On desktop, go to the Membership page on Patreon. Scroll down to under your membership, but above Upgrade your Membership. There should be a button to sync your patreon with discord.
