Addition rule, if the character got picked for the character of month also got picked here, the character's spot for the addition request section will be skipped (since the character already has the spot for 2 piece)
I'm also considering some other changes to the character illustrations moving forward next year, but of course, it's changes for better...
Like..since I changed to pick the Exclusive ones through voting, I'm also considering maybe imply that to the Addition request section. (though doing this might take longer time, to draw the standard one....since I'll need to finish all sketches first, before working on it)
As for now, it's just a consideration.
