That's one long ass build up for a joke...XD okay, maybe just part of it.
The other part would be showing a little bit of reason, why even he was targeted from Kazakiri.
It will take time, but slowly and surely...
Control the energy source, control the market, control the money, control everything, and people love him for it.
Although in this case, is that really a bad thing, I mean...in the end, he's making people happy?
(Until Molly grows up and take charge....)
As always, the sketch and dialogue lines can still be edited or changed during the working process.

Weeeell, but they also did a lot of good, especially the first part of announcement, imagine how many people will benefit from that? And the flash back part is mostly Erin's own perspective, Heart on probably didn't ment it in that wayπ€π€
