Out of all the people, Dream is probably the one that got the most benefit from Pacifica being created cause she can just throw a lot of work to Pacifica to "assist" her. XD
Though don't get it twisted, Dream is still reliable, underneath the goofy personality, there's still the side of her that will get the job done.....for the most part.
And sure Shing won't say anything that would provoke Princess Coral...
He is diplomatic enough to understand the gravity of the situation......right?
