The scent does entice normal vampires, thus why most Blood Knights wear masks to help stifle their own instincts. Most Blood Knights are women, and most have blonde or red hair, due to certain vampire bloodlines being raised to be members of the vampire church.
Vilebloods can still shift to a humanoid shape, however, they will have multiple mouths and are somewhat distorted, having elongated limbs and deformed hands
