Hello, new patron here! I have really enjoyed your Copaganda series. The police are a repressive tool of the state, set in place to uphold the bourgeoisie and their capitalist system. The episode about Fentanyl was hilarious and desperately needed to combat the misinformation created (most likely by the police/DEA) to instill fear in the population. A person is less likely to narcan an individual experiencing an overdose if they believe one spec of fentanyl can kill simply by touching it 😒. I could also go on about the destructive "War on Drugs" and the racist/classist policies it produces. The drug war is a new era of Jim Crow. Anyways, nice to meet you Jackson! You are beautiful, and I look forward to viewing your next episode in the series.

2023-08-15 17:36:35 +0000 UTCI saw in your mailbag that you started watching Peaky Blinders; I remember not being able to push past the first season, as I found the directing too self-indulgent. To me it felt like we got slow-mo shots and gimmicky camera moves because the crew wanted to show off, not because it conveyed meaning within the story. Is it a vibe you're feeling too or am I delusional? What would you say is your favorite show judging by visuals alone? Of all the shows you've watched, which would you say has the worst quality of writing to quality of directing ratio? As in, a great script with bland to bad presentation? Have a nice day!
