As Tom Waters just said, it's a matter of perception. I don't think (again an assumption) if you were actually the MC, you would rather watch a movie of a sex scene, if you had the chance to participate in it. Also, I didn't mean you are not emotionally involve in THE GAME. But since you write so effectively for the other characters, you must surely not be involved solely with the MC.

Actually I don't my original suggestion as taking that much effort. All that would be necessary is moving the (already written) hint over to another page after it has run it's course during the original event. I didn't mean to imply a full "walkthrough" description.

Well now you're just making some assumptions. If you think I can spent 9 months straight, working 80 hours a week, on this game and the character design, without getting emotionally involved, you are very wrong (at least in my case, you are). But to me it doesn't have to do anything with being emotionally involved, as you would be doing the exact same thing as you have done before. But to each his own, that's why I'm asking. I'm trying to get the player's opinions on these, kinds of things, in order to create an enjoyable experience. In the end, there will be plenty of (repeatable) sex scenes, so it shouldn't be an issue.

It's akin to the reason I refuse to play a game with NTR or BDSM. As a player, I almost always put myself into the MC's head exclusively, and tend to get emotionally involved. If I were actually in his shoes, I would not want to WATCH a movie when I could actually DO it. It may sound dumb to you, since as the writer/developer, you either look at it a simply your job, or you put yourself into the head of whichever character you're writing at that moment. Either way, you DON'T get emotionally involved, so I can understand why you don't see it the way I (we) do.

One is perceived to be the actual event while the other is perceived to be a recording of the event. That is all that it is however. Just player’s perception, because ultimately the sequence and dialog is the exact same. I’m not sure it’s worth a lot of effort to sustain that thin facade of perceived reality when time could be better spent extending the story and filling in gaps (not yet implemented). I think the playbacks in the gallery are great imo.

Could you explain the difference to me? Because in the end it's just a dialog you are going through, so I don't really get the differnce. I mean, there's no actual gamplay involved in that particular event, right?

Ah ok, I see. But are you aware of the replay options for the scenes in the gallery? Because if all sex scenes would be added there, it would solve that problem, right?

Not necessarily the next update, just for the future. Events that add stats stop adding them at some point, so it wouldn't be practical for them. I'm mainly thinking of the 'fun' stuff. Like how and when to repeat the newest scene with Clair. Or if you give us a simpler path to full sex with either her or Ashley, how and when it starts. That sort of thing. ( I can never remember when to ask Ashley for the date, and getting a good ending is somewhat complicated )

Adding a logbook is certainly possible, but would be a lot of work (I would have to manually add and script each event, like I do with the hints). Basically you have 2 kinds of events that would be worth replaying: those that add stats and those that are just fun to watch ;) I think that the hints (that should be updated, because not every event is in there) and the option to replay scenes, should cover both respectively? Are you talking about specific events that you would like to repeat? Because this update I want to spend some time on adding more events to the gallery.

I've mentioned this before. The hint system works great for first time events, but doesn't help with repeatable scenes. Can you add some kind of 'log book' type of thing that will show up after the first time and describe the "when/where/how" to repeat it? Especially for full sex events. It could be either on the phone or on the achievement page. Also, while Veronica is easy to repeat, the other two are kind of convoluted. Any plans to make it simpler to repeat with them?

I would like to see some of the longer-term teases resolved, so Ashley & Veronica in the bathroom is first choice, then a bit more family yoga now that the MC is fitter from being a personal trainer: perhaps he could get some yoga tips from Emma first? Then Veronica & Amy need to find out that their feelings for each other are reciprocated, and we need a threesome with Ashley & Sophia.
