Had the same problem in v0.8.6, but worked when I downloaded v0.8.6 (extra).

I played a earlier version of this game and then after about update 5.6 I believe, I couldn't play anymore since. I download and install and the game seems to start and then I just have a white screen both in fullscreen and windowed mode. This game has progressed a lot and would love to play it again.
