Ohh interesting! Yeah so far all I saw it being used for was to retreat a servant

2023-10-19 10:55:55 +0000 UTCEvery master has 3 command spells, the main purpose is to be able to command anything to your servant (which, remember, is more powerful than you). But it's an even more powerful tool, you can actually sometimes order stuff the servant usually can't do: in Fate/stay night the MC (in danger) once ordered his servant to come protect him immediately, she was en route but despite her best efforts she was too far until he gave that command that made her appear next to him.

The english name of Jeanne d'Arc is Joan of Arc, she's a very famous historical figure in the West, with a part that is a bit mythical. She's from the 100 Years War and she IS a ("holy") virgin, caster isn't saying that to be a creep (even if he is) she was called the holy virgin back then, and the catholic church considers her a saint. To be fair, in Fate/stay night Saber's identity remains hidden for a long time so most people (inculding myself) actually originally guessed she was Joan of Arc too, before knowing the truth. So we can't blame him for mistaking her for Jeanne, too. Gilles de Rais was actually one of the close companions of Joan of Arc: him, Joan and La Hire won numerous victories. But later in his life Gilles (allegedly) went mad and kidnapped children to do satanic rituals. Some people say it was a plot from political enemies, it's a bit uncertain historically. Bluebeard in the tales from Charles Perrault (3 centuries later), was vaguely inspired by the historical character of Gilles de Rais.
