(9:30): Fiel don't want to kill all of the Elves. She just wants to be with Clammy, and the status quo prevents her from doing that, so she thinks it would convenient if the people in charge, who are enforcing the status quo, where to disappear and stop enforcing the status quo. I consider her to be more of a revolutionary, who wants to overthrow the government. (15:30): I think the people have only been protesting for a few days (since when Sora and Shiro declared their wager being their race piece). I think Sora and Shiro leave out the front like this to send a message to the people of Elkia (who doubt their ability to win, thus why their protesting). They basically show off dominance of a being that was literally made to kill gods and as we learned earlier in the episode, decided to basically nuke an Elven city on a whim. It's a huge power move and very intimidating to the Imanity, who just get dunked on by everyone.
