Remember that Annie trapped herself in the crystal, so Armin's whole speech about them torturing her was a lie to get under Berthold's skin.

2021-12-29 05:44:20 +0000 UTCI love how manipulative armin was being, trying to rattle bertholdt's composure enough for him to rush and make a move that'd leave him vulnerable to an attack, in this case erwin's. Also this ep is really full of things to digest but if you focus on what some of the characters had said you might be able to figure out some hints.
