It's actually interesting yeah how the games themselves aren't too elaborate at all. Interesting how you kinda seem to find the cheating justified in Gihun's case but not in Sangwoo's. I kinda find both reprehensible yet understandable in their own ways. Surviving is one of our natural instincts, no matter the cost.

Yeah i guess they mean to keep the games simple to give the focus on characters and their interactions. I think what gihyeon did was justified because old man was a delusional pain the ass, what would be the point of the old man surviving if hes not fully sane or even if by a miracle he won he wouldnt be able to do anything with that money, to me i saw no point in the old man going any further. But that being said, cheating in all cases isnt necessarily justified like with sangwoo's case, while i understood his motives he should've just lost with dignity. I think a lot of people argue that morally, the players arent "bad" they are just forced to do these things under the illusion they have a choice. For what tho, you'll figure out soon
