That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime 3x06 Reaction

Lol, how can things still be manipulated? Superior ability just refers to their Enlightened status, someone to be wary of. Important things to remember about Adalmann's description of the church. (1) Temple Knights are attached to Lubelius, the country, and its emperor. They are a force that are stationed within countries to help believers, with the assent of their rulers. The Master Rooks can order them around, but not the Holy Knights (Crusaders). (2) Hinata is over both groups. (3) Hinata restored the Crusaders to their former strength. (4) Leaders of the Master Rooks are the Three Battlesages. (5) Who are the Enlightened? I explained this last episode for reference. Only thing I am a bit confused about is if all Enlightened start out as having the Saint factor. It could just be a terminology problem. I think you analyzed both sides of the question of the possible meaning behind these references to Rimuru's people handling things without his direction. There are also a couple of times in this season where Rimuru tries to show his confidence in various subordinates who encounter obstacles. To contrast this, there is the opposite situation where, if it weren't for Rimuru, and only Rimuru, exerting control, disaster would have struck by now. Even if it was Rimuru who created the situation in the first place. That is, controlling the uncontrollable. Rimuru named them, summoned them, and released them, and if Rimuru wasn't who he was, some of these would be set loose to create havoc across the world. He did these things in ignorance, but even when he had a doubt, he pushed it aside, and went through with it. If he was cautious initially, he ended up throwing it away. The thing that went awry in Diablo’s plot besides himself being blamed for Reyhiem’s death, is that it led the surrounding countries to send in the Temple Knights as backup for King Edward. There were supposed to be people using their influence to keep surrounding nations from getting involved. That would be Blumund and Dwargon, which goes back to the meeting before Walpurgis in the gazebo. Rimuru has a poor conception of the effect of him showing weakness, sometimes he’s too conciliatory. Demons in Slime are one of the most interesting races. I don't know how to explain it. The author seems to have balanced evil and power with rules and restraint, making them seem quite complex as a species, and as individuals. They are still evil, and there really isn't a demon who is somehow a nice guy in Slime, as there is in some other stories. Shizu, I think, was worried about her students, particularly Hinata, whom she didn't name, who left Shizu after a short time. Shizu also felt like Hinata had abandoned her, because she has a sensitivity about that. A sign that Shion is indeed learning something, with her proposed plan. A long way from perfect, but taking some incremental steps. The Yomigaeri are the group that Rimuru brought back from the dead. As a result of the process, so that it won't happen again, or maybe it was the gift that was given to them as a part of the Demon Lord evolution that actually facilitated their resurrection, they were given certain Skills, mentioned in the episode. Perfect Memory and Self Recreation (alternative names are a lot more mundane). Shion also shares these Skills. Their memories are stored in their souls (or maybe in Rimuru's soul). If their brain is damaged they can restore its contents. The body can instantaneously healed via Self-Recreation Skill. The Kurenai were once a group of Hobgoblins who admired Benimaru and wanted to follow his path. I’m not sure exactly when it happened, but it was probably because of Rimuru’s Harvest Festival. They evolved into Ogres because of this desire. Apparently ogres are one step up the evolutionary ladder from Hobgoblins. Saare is part elf. Despite his looks, he is strong and highly skilled. Until Hinata came along, he was the leader of all the Master Rooks. He may seem opposed to Hinata, and he does have a bit of a grudge that she beat him, but he respects her for her strength and realizes they have a common commitment and goal. (Actually not sure you were talking about him. Saare is the short, white-haired dude.) All of the Ten Saints have the assistance of Spirits they contracted with. Carrion, and Frey, are still ruling their respective peoples (not sure if that's coincident with territory anymore). At Walpurgis, Carrion specifically said he’d still be the Beast King. And being Milim’s subordinates doesn't completely flatten the playing field. That is an important statement of philosophy from Rimuru: that all of this is pointless if any of you die. The Rozzo's are the family that make up or control the Five Elders. What they care about is economic control of the West. Falmuth is being removed from that, and Rimuru is the threat. You should remember Granville Rozzo, Mariabel Rozzo, Damrada and Cerberus, and Glenda Attley. The other Battlesages are involved but they are doing it unwittingly. Here’s an example of when fundamentally two organizations' goals are in opposition, but for specific, short-term goals, they can work together, or at least use each other. Cerberus is a criminal organization based in the East, but has extensions in the West. The East as an entity, however, has imperialistic designs on the West. This has been true for at least hundreds of years, and everybody knows it, even the common people. Nevertheless for now both groups oppose Hinata, as one both too strong and devoted to justice, and Tempest (specifically Rimuru), for his country's inroads and potential influence on the West, not just politically, but mainly economically. Not to mention military strength. Yes, it's complicated, but it will become clearer. In my mind, this is the politics arc. Besides having to do with the Church, it's also about Tempest’s relationship with the West. But the Church is the key to the West. Beyond the West is the East, and we are slowly introducing them into the mix.
