yes but it has to be both ways. In order to receive the blessing, Bondrewd has to love Prushka, too. That's why he is such a brilliant written character.

2024-09-07 23:46:57 +0000 UTCThe worst thing about what Bondrewd done, is that with his experiment with Nanachi and Mitty, he realised that the reason Nanachi survived was because of Mitty’s love for her. That’s why Bondrewd deliberately raised Prushka as a daughter, so she would love him, and in turn would make a better curse repelling “cartridge”. The point we see Bondrewd go full furry is probably when Prushka was used up, as we see Bondrewd get the same effect as Nanachi, who was protected by Mitty.
