It's clear as day that Jesse speed rushed Harry through the breach before he could finish his sentence. You're making up unnecessary scenarios and conflicts in your head for no reason and it only confuses you even more. It's like that saying "You're making an elephant out of a fly"

Mirror master/Scudder has nothing to do with alchemy, we clearly saw him being struck by dark matter from accelerator explosion and get pushed into the mirror the was laying on the ground. he was just stuck in that mirror all those years until those workers lifted up the mirror. He's the OG meta human that was created in season 1.
