2024-11-07 14:53:12 +0000 UTCive never seen or heard any theory or wish for buggy to die at loguetown lol. i disagree with having buggy dying being the better option because his death literally does not do anything at all. if he had died it wouldve been a pointless death. In loguetown luffy was ready do die but it seemed as if "god"/"fate" stopped him to die because he resembled roger so much. having the lighting stop buggy was already good enough to show luffy's fate. but having the lighting kill buggy would not have done anything to further luffy's "fate" storyline. it would just be a pointless death with no stakes or meaning to it.
