Also - remember two episodes ago when they almost caught Michael at the botanical gardens? Mahone and his merry band of agents found the nitroglycerin he had been hiding there. Now we know what that was for - and also why Michael had to try to trick that guy with fake stuff in this episode. The FBI had taken the real ones! If things had gone according to plan back in that garden, this episode's conflict would have been avoided...
