I might be misunderstanding what exactly you mean and tbf your use of "created" doesn't make it easier. Demon Slayer, Fate/zero and the Fate/stay night anime adaptation were produced by the same studio (Ufotable), but the authors of those three stories are different people. Even Fate/zero was not written by the original author of Fate/stay night, just supervised.
