Hmmm I mean I'd figure they're just points in the story where things either drastically change, or lead up to drastic changes. Like with Orsted there was actually technically no turning point but the encounter made Eris wanna go off and become stronger after. One thing I've also spotted them to have in common is encounters with the man God. Although I think in the first turning point that happened the episode after right before meeting Ruijerd

However, what it lacks right now, it will make up for by the end of this season. The scope of it will become, in my opinion, second biggest out of all the TPs at the start of S3.
