But there are multiple different powers that fall under kekkei genkai. And these powers cannot be replicated by any average person without that specific genetic "mutation". For Uchiha, it's the power of those eyes, and for others it might be other amplified senses or abilities. Doesn't mean that people with kekkei genkai are related, only people with same kekkei genkai.
