The Yellow Primordial is Jaune, and the White Primordial is Blanc. As for them being threats, there are threats everywhere really. Even allies are threats if they ever get out of control, and the only thing holding them all together is Rimuru.
Rimuru was worried that a drunk Milim would be an angry drunk. Not that she was a child.
There was an Episode 48.5 the preceded Season 3 that was basically a recap, but some of the interactions between Veldora and Diablo that led to the reward of the matcha pudding were the premise for the recap. Funny how Diablo revealed the whole thing to Rimuru. I can't believe he didn't know what he was doing there, he’s too smart. Why, though?
Tempter is a Unique Skill of Diablo’s. It has a few parts, but the relevant bit now is that, if someone gives up, feels fear, submits to, Diablo, under the influence of that Skill Tempter, there is a contract made whereby Diablo can discern any hints of betrayal, keep track of their location, and know if they are alive. If they even contemplate betrayal, Diablo will take their soul. If they die, Diablo will get their soul as well.
That whole story in the throne room was the one that was concocted at the Gazebo meetings in Season 2. The advantages of this false story were stated at the time: (1) Puts all the blame on Falmuth. (2) Makes Tempest look like they were in the right. (3) Gives meaning to Rimuru's becoming a Demon Lord. There are other advantages as well.
1 trillion yen is about 6,500,000,000 USD. There's also a mistranslation. They expect to get 1000, not 10,000 Stellar Gold Coins (they asked for 10,000). When they said we’d have no way to use them so we’d have to save them up, the correct interpretation is to replace we’d with they'd. In other words, they’d have to have some of them sitting around in a treasury or vault since they are so hard to spend. They are really meant for nations to exchange.
In the throne room, was at least one of the Falmuth nobles that Fuze got to support Tempest behind the scenes, also mentioned in the Gazebo meetings.
