Finally... Official Star Ship Apparel! 🐺💗🦊

Well it's finally happening! I wanted to stay quiet about this until I knew for sure I was gonna be able to follow through, but I've secretly been working on hand-printing my own apparel! It's a ton of work, but it's worth doing!

Let me update you where I am with this right now... 🐺🍭✨

STRESS TEST PHASE
I'm out of the design phase and onto the printing and testing portion. These are sublimation prints, meaning these are heat-transferred onto the fabric and not directly printed. But with the right blend of fabrics, they'll last a long time! I'm working through a vendor to help me get the best fabric for this project.

Right now I've picked out some test shirts and fabric to print on and see how well they transfer--and they're BEAUTIFUL in person! But I'm going to put them through several washes to see how well the colors look after. I don't want to give anybody something that's gonna fade away.

NOT JUST SHIRTS & TANKS
The "Saved By Fox" design is going to be printed on yellow and pink body-building shorts! But I'll also have it available as a yellow t-shirt as well for folks who love the design but don't yet have the confidence to wear tight athletic shorts!

The colored Volume 1 & 2 designs will be available as posters, too

LIMITED PRINTS?
My idea is to have Volume 1 - 2 designs available as a limited run as posters and as shirts outside of Patreon. However, once those sell out, I may only print those in black and white t-shirts. When the posters sell out, they'll no longer be available.

The thought behind this is still in progress, but I'll let y'all know when things are close to final!

PATREON PERKS
That's something I'm pondering! As much as I would like to send out free shirts to specific tiers, I'm not at a point of success where I can manage that fiscally. But I'm looking into it! If I'm able to pull it off, I'll let y'all know straight away here!

I can also ship out posters for free and do a run of stickers based off these designs that only Patrons would receive for free!

For now I'll do some research on what I can do to make it worthwhile for y'all. I promised free merch with my specific tiers, but making that work has been a challenge. But this could be a way for me to turn that around and be consistent. I really appreciate y'all holding on for me.

I'm also in a MUCH better spot after having moved and not paying big city prices for living space. So I'm able to put more money aside to spoil some of you with treats!

Overall, what I'm able to do all depends on the success of this project. I'll be doing my best every day! ✨🐺✨

PUBLIC AVAILABILITY?
I won't start taking orders until June, most likely!

I recorded some test footage for an animated commercial I'm putting together to help fire this off. As of this post, I'll be story-boarding it tonight! It won't be a long and complex thing and feel like it's something I can finish in about a month.

After that, I'll drop the ad cold with pre-orders ready to go on all my socials!

That's all I can think to mention right now. Once I know more and have my test prints done, I'll make another post about it here!

Thank y'all so much for helping me get to a point where I can try this out. Truthfully, "Too Much Dynamite" was meant to be the name of a pop-apparel shop I hope to run someday. Filled with cool stuff I make and other artists! I hope this project is the big leap I need for making that real. And I have y'all to thank.
