The statues are Senju Hashirama the first Hokage (you saw him highting vs Third Hokage and in Tsunade's flashbacks cause he was her grandpa), and Uchicha Madara - they both were founders of Konoha as Sasuke said in the episode.

2025-01-25 19:44:11 +0000 UTCYeah, the magna skips over that time altogather. The anime filler part kinda gives a few stories that might have happened during that time. A few are quite nice, but it's all filler. No actual progression of the storry and part of it is really boring as well. Worth checking up at some point if you have time and interest. Could be very well just skipped over as well.
