This is one of my most favourite episodes of all. It is such a powerful thought-provoking episode. As to being confused about what God wants- who knows what God wants? We only know what Luci thinks God wants or Amenadiel thinks he knows what God wants, What father Frank thinks God wants... God maybe has a plan but who the Hell (sorry about the pun) knows what that plan is. The scriptwriters are clever, devious and throw us clues, missclues and twists and turns that we never expected... just enjoy the ride as it gets better and better...
