What came over Luci at the end? I think you knew, Robin, Chloe was drunk and likely not able to really consent and Luci is learning... for usually he looks into people's eyes and can immediately read their desires and facilitates them ( often enjoying the process himself, especially if their desires are sexual) but with Chloe, he cannot read her at all and does not know her desires and this must be very confusing for him. You were also right about the case, you called it very early on and also spotted how much of the procedural stuff is related to how Lucifer is feeling or trying to understand humans and his own developing emotions- this connection between cases and Luci's development continues. The police procedurals are just the 'hook' that Lucifer's story hangs on and as he learns, so do do we learn more about him and how he is feeling or struggling with emotions and understanding. It is very cleverly put together. Luci still has a lot of 'growing up' to do and Tom Ellis who plays Lucifer said that he felt the Lucifer in season one was like a troubled teenager!
