2025-05-26 11:52:59 +0000 UTCYup, 4th was indeed the one who sealed 9 Tails into Naruto. He was also Jiraiya's student and Kakashi's teacher. Also yes, Kakashi carries A TON of guilt and regret over what happened, and that is shown quite obviously throughout the series, from the moment Kakashi mentions Obito by the memorial stone back at the begining, also mentioning to Sasuke that all his dear friends and family were killed and stuff. And yup, you might remember Orochimaru mentioning "the gift" that Kakashi received(sharingan) and that he(Orochimaru) wants for himself as well.
