It’s important to remember that I need to let the comic “breathe” sometimes. A lot of events have been happening rapidly and it can be overwhelming. Pages like these sprinkled in the narrative can be therapy for the reader and for me, too.
Thank you for being patient while I put this page together. I feel it was worth the effort, though. Very proud with how it turned out.

Totally agree on pacing out the story. Love the expressions. Also love the subdued quality of the colors and line art in the background making the character really pop of the page. Aaaah, I just love the comic. ❤️
