Pulsar Pissing Preview
Added 2020-03-31 23:27:39 +0000 UTCI was hoping to get this done today, but didn't quite have enough time. But I thought I'd post the flat colors here for my top tier so you could see a preview. I selected AlexFenFox's character Luxian (right) and Shifty Tiger (left) as the background characters.
