When Liv was four, she didn’t run from Death—she hugged him. And in that moment, he broke every sacred rule to save her. Now, twenty years later, forces beyond her understanding are hunting her, desperate to "correct" what should have never been.

Omigoodness! I've been sitting on this piece for a while and am excited to finally be able to share it! Here is a piece done for the cover of In Death's Hands by Laure MC. I actually got to read an early draft of the book as I worked on the cover and enjoyed it! I'm excited to see the paperback in person!

If you flip through the images, you'll see a couple of different versions of the lower hand. My first version made the hand too thin. I had been trying to go for a sort of thin skeletal hand but it just wasn't working. I eventually tried a full on skeleton hand,m which was cool but we decided that the most fitting hand was just to go with a more obvious male hand reaching up.

I know this piece is a little different then usual, but I really like it and it's fun to do a variety of different types of art! I hope you like it!
