• Open DAZ, open Notepad, open Renpy, load game. Where was I?
• Load latest render. Do I like that? No. Adjust hand pose. Change expression. Re-render.
• Chop last night's dialog. Way too wordy, as always. Try to keep the most funny/sexy/interesting bits. Fix typos.
• Game crashes. Undeclared variable. Empty choice. Bad indent due to unfinished scene. Something. Fix-fix-fix.
• Why is Lel here? She's not supposed to be in save 64. Oh, THAT. Fix.
• Lunch time. Leftovers from last night or microwave potpie. Maybe walk the two blocks to get tacos.
• Load latest scene. Fuck. Still haven't done the music or sound effects.
• Look at the latest render. Groan. Turn character a few digits. Fix gaze. Adjust hand pose. Check lighting. Re-render.
• Open the game to latest scene (comment out loose branches first!). Listen to music tracks. Hmm. Nope, doesn't fit. Hmm. Oh! Not bad. Satisfied!? No. Next. Ah. Yes. That's right.
• Open Audacity. Look for a likely loop. Clip song. Wrong. Re-clip song. Sounds okay! (I hate okay.) Re-clip song. Ah. That's right. Adjust volume and normalize.
• Probably ramen.
• Check latest render. No. Change pose. No. Change pose. No. Change pose back. Okay... change expression. Hmm. Turn character a few digits. Fix gaze. Check lighting. Re-render.
• Spend half an hour listening to "slime" and "goo" and "splurt" sound effects for the next scene. Headache. Lots of downloads.
• Open renders in Photoshop. Mark a few renders with issues for re-render. Adjust brightness/contrast/color balance. Add visual effects. Crunch and save.
• Continue latest scene. Wejit says something that makes me laugh. Laugh! Fuck, that doesn't fit here at all. Save for later.
• Why does Panki think Sparkle is in a relationship here? Oh. THAT. Fix.
• What music goes with tentacles? This is impossible! Listen to a few dozen tracks. Question the whole scene and all the choices I've made in life.
• Dinner time. Fry vegetables and frozen chicken. Or boil spaghetti. Or (twice a month) salmon.
• Check another render. Ugh. Move light source. Check. Hmm... Re-render.
• Continue another loose branch. Inspiration strikes! Go back 4 acts to add a page of new dialog. Where was I? Continue another loose branch.
• Pour whiskey on ice. Sniff. Bleh. Sip.
• Check last render. Hey, that's nice! But... need to move that strand of hair and it's weird the way her foot is cut off at the edge. Fix. Sip whiskey. Re-render.
• Fuck. Still haven't done sound effects. Listen to the downloaded slime and goo and splurt sounds. Sip whiskey. Pick a few.
• Open Audacity. Clip and combine sound effects. Drink whishkey. Adjust volume and moralize.
• Continue latest scene. Ship whiskey. Man this is going to be awesome1! Write more. Need to really makesure there's a good flow. Gotta make funny reference. That's lots of dialogue... But it's good dialog!
• Damn that last Harmony render ishot. Bet people will... wait... she should have her earrring here, right/? Fick. Re-rendra.
