That's what I was gonna say, as on the previous page you can also see Rougina's horns are bigger than the ones pictured here, so the size fluctuation might be conscious or an indicator of her mood or both
2023-02-18 05:52:05 +0000 UTCI don't think her horns are lost in these images. Comparing it to C9P54, you can see a scar on Rougie's forehead where the horn in this image is. The ones on the side of her head here are the branched and in the same shape as the depiction of them on C2P21 vs the way they look in present depictions of her being small jagged stumps (which you can see on the first page I reference). I think the more likely thing we're seeing here, is that the queens can exert some control over the size of their horns as Bianchia's horns also look much smaller than in their depiction on C2P21.
