She was born a mortal but was recently promoted to a demigoddess in the hope that she would be able to control her physical and elemental powers. This didn't exactly work as planned, so here she is here, just going for a walk and bringing her Universes's Arceus God (and its entire pantheon) along for a casual chat.

She's still trying to figure out what to do with the goddess powers, but "look fantastic" seems to be working so far, thanks to excellent art like this. Love it!
